When an item is listed as N/A on the jsabatelli.com website, the product is either temporarily out of stock or exclusively available through an outside retailer. In this case there will be a link to that retailer's website to purchase the product.
Consumer satisfaction is a priority to J.SABATELLI™ BRAZIL and if for any reason you are not satisfied with a product purchased at jsabatelli.com, simply return the unused portion to us for an exchange or refund within 45 days of the purchase date.
To ensure a timely refund to your account, please return the unused item immediately upon deciding that you do not want the product. Please note: Return shipping are the customer's responsibility. We regret that we do not refund original shipping costs with the return. Please follow the instructions below.

If you purchased your item at an J.SABATELLI™ BRAZIL retailer, please understand that each store has its own return policy. We're sorry, but returns or exchanges for purchases made at retail locations may not be returned or exchanged through jsabatelli.com.
J.SABATELLI™ BRAZIL will issue you a full refund to your credit card for the price of any item that you return in its original condition, if your return is received within 45 days of the purchase date. It takes up to 30 business days to process the return and credit your account. We will notify you via e-mail once your return has been processed. Please note that your financial institution will likely take approximately 7 business days to reflect this transaction.
J.SABATELLI™ BRAZIL does not ship to P.O. Boxes or Military APO address.
Orders within Continental North America:
Shipping and Handling: $6.00 plus an additional $2 per item/$3 per bulk item or kit.
Orders to Hawaii and Alaska:
Shipping Charges: $10.00 plus $2.00 per item/$3 per bulk item or kit.
United Kingdom: All orders shipping to the UK will be charged in US Dollars

Retail Size - $25 for the first item and $15 for each additional item
Liters and Kits - $30 per item/kit
